3. Reservations
Submitting a reservation request through this website is not a guarantee of a booking. A reservation exists only once we have confirmed availability with you directly. If we cannot accommodate your dates, we will let you know and may offer a place on our waitlist.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on this website are our current standard rates and may change. The rate for your pet's stay or service is the rate confirmed at booking. A 4% service fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
5. Vaccination Requirements
All pets must meet our posted vaccination requirements, current at least 7 days before boarding, with proof provided before check-in. We may decline to board a pet whose records are not in order, for the protection of every animal in our care.
6. The Care Itself
The boarding relationship is governed by the arrangements we confirm with you at booking and check-in, not by this website. Where those arrangements and this page differ, the confirmed arrangements apply.
7. Accuracy of Information
We keep this website up to date as best we can, but we do not promise that every detail is current or free of error. Photographs show past guests and our facility; they are not a promise of a particular experience.
8. Our Content
The text, photographs, and design on this website belong to us. You may read and share them, but you may not copy them for your own commercial use without our permission.
