A veterinary career came first. Our owner started at the animal clinic that still shares our building in 1991, earned her veterinary technician certification, and spent over twenty years in practice before buying the boarding side on January 1, 2015.
The name came with a promise: cats get their own quiet building, and hounds get a hideaway of their own. The routine has been refined rather than changed, because it works.

Kalispell born and raised. Her animal-care career began in 1991 at the veterinary clinic that still shares our building, where she earned her veterinary technician certification and spent over twenty years in practice before buying the boarding side on January 1, 2015. She also completed training-partner certification in 2014. At home: a blue heeler named Ash and two cats, Simba and Mai Tai.
Staff since 2023
Years of hands-on animal care stand behind her: equine facility work, in-home pet sitting, and boarding kennel experience, plus three years of veterinary science classes through Kalispell FFA. She knows the daily routine here inside out, and long-time clients see her familiar face year after year.
